1. Delivery Timeline
We provide Cash on Home Delivery service across Bangladesh. Once the order is confirmed, delivery is generally completed within the following timeframes:

Dhaka Metropolitan Area: 2–3 business days.

Outside Dhaka (Other Districts): 3–5 business days.

Note: Delivery times may be slightly delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political instability, or unusual pressure on courier services). We will inform you in such cases.

2. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are determined based on your location. You will see the exact charge on the checkout page when placing your order.

3. Order Processing
After successfully placing your order, we will confirm it via a phone call.

The order will be dispatched for shipping or delivery only after the confirmation process is complete.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is ready for shipping, we may provide you with a tracking number or a tracking link, which you can use to check the current status of your order.
