This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which SUMEN issues refunds to customers following a successful return or order cancellation.

1. Eligibility for Refund
A customer is eligible for a full refund only under the following conditions:

1.1. Successful Return: The product has been successfully returned to us, and our Quality Team has verified that the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, in accordance with our Return Policy.

1.2. Cancellation of Pre-paid Order: A pre-paid order (if this option is made available in the future) was successfully cancelled before it was processed for shipping (as per the Order Cancellation Policy).

1.3. Out of Stock: SUMEN cancelled a pre-paid order due to the product being unavailable (out of stock).

Note on Cash on Delivery (COD): Since Cash on Home Delivery is our primary payment method, if an order is successfully cancelled or returned, a refund for the product price is generally not applicable, as no prior payment was made by the customer.

2. Refund Amount
2.1. Full Refund: If the return/cancellation is approved, a full refund equivalent to the product price will be issued.

2.2. Shipping Costs: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged product delivered), we will refund any shipping costs incurred by the customer for sending the item back. If the return is due to the customer's change of mind, shipping fees are typically non-refundable.

3. Refund Processing Details
3.1. Refund Method: Refunds will be processed through bank transfer or mobile banking services (e.g., Bank/bKash/Nagad) to the account provided by the customer.

3.2. Processing Time: The refund process will begin after the returned item is physically received and inspected by our team. The refund is typically completed within 7 to 10 business days from the date the refund is approved.

4. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot offer a refund if:

The return is requested outside the 48-hour window.

The product is damaged or modified by the customer.

The original product packaging or tags are missing.
